On Town Roads:

1.  Contact Highway Superintendent at 315-343-0217.

2.  Highway Department inspects the site and determine the size and type of pipe required. The Highway Superintendent will then notify property owner about size and type of pipe required and will send out a Permit application.

3.  No Fees will be charged for permits issued for installation, repair or replacement of pipe presently existing within Town right-of-way, or for municipally sponsored improvements.

4.  Property owner will sign Permit Application and return it to Highway Department.

5.  Property owner is responsible for purchasing the required size and type of pipe.

6. Property owner is responsible for performing the site work and the expense of installing the pipe.

On County Roads:

1.  Contact Oswego County Highway Department at 315-349-8331 for their procedure and permit.

On State Roads:

1.  Contact New York State Department of Transportation at 315-963-3730 for their procedure.
